My Journey
I’m Steven, co-owner of Business Growth Engine. I served with the 101st Airborne Division and later with the elite 160th SOAR. After leaving active duty, I found myself searching for a mission that resonated with my drive—a place where I could not only grow but call home. I launched several businesses in my effort to forge a new path, but multiple setbacks only fueled my determination.

Together with my long-time friend and fellow veteran Jonathan, I discovered a way to turn our failures into a powerful formula for success. We reinvented what it means to transition from service to entrepreneurship.
