I’m Steven, co-owner of Business Growth Army. I proudly served with the 101st Airborne Division and later with the elite 160th SOAR. After transitioning out of active duty, I searched for a mission that could match the drive and purpose I’d known in uniform.

That search took me through multiple businesses — and plenty of hard lessons. There were failures, frustrations, and moments that tested me just as much as any field operation ever did.
